Henry brings extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, HR and asset management. With a more recent background in the maritime industry, he has spent over a decade managing complex operations, stakeholder relationships, and high-value assets. Henry specialises in overseeing build management, operational efficiency, team recruitment and development and maintenance of large-scale assets. He has also successfully invested in and developed property for over 20 years.

His expertise in project execution, change management, and long-term investment strategy makes him a valuable partner in business acquisitions.

Matthew Ralph

Director & Founder

With deep expertise in brand development, marketing, corporate finance, and operational transformation, Matthew brings a hands-on and strategic approach to business acquisitions and commitment to long-term value creation

He brings over three decades of experience in corporate leadership, strategic brand development, and entrepreneurship. He spent 18 years at Barclays, culminating in a director-level role where he sat on four Boards and led major change and growth initiatives. During this time, he also worked alongside leading consultancies including McKinsey, Bain & Co., and PwC on organisational transformation and business optimisation projects.

Following his time at Barclays, Matthew was involved in the private equity space, contributing to the deal team at Guy Hands' Terra Firma Capital Partners which included their acquisition and subsequent restructuring of Le Meridien Hotels, which ultimately led to its sale to Marriott. This experience deepened his understanding of high-value transactions and complex operational transitions.

He has founded and built businesses from the ground up and led successful ventures, including a Global brand agency, Premium Hair salon Group and retail brand, Elite London wellness club, Property investment & Maintenance, Martech startup. His latest focus has been working with a founder on the growth of Global Luxury eCommerce brand.

Through his career he has operated at Board level with some of the world's most respected brands across multiple sectors, including British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, AstraZeneca, Mariott Hotels, DHL, L'Oréal, Blackrock and Thomson Reuters.
